Okay in that case we should figure out some other easy way of catching up. I found it while looking for the .info wiki which of course hasn't been loading for years, so I typed "DJ Crow" on Google Images and the second image linked to this wiki so I presumed someone must've migrated and revived the wiki. Came to check it out.

If you're ready to promote new admins, all you need to do is decide how many you want to promote, and then announce that the RfA is open in the sitenotice.
