Reasons to Vote for Golden City

  • Golden City has great cafes, and hotels for athletes and guests.
  • Golden City has great transportation.
  • Golden City is very large, but has a small population. So there are many places for a Olympic village.
  • The citizens there love sports.
  • There's already a couple of stadiums.
  • The economy is amazing.
  • King Alexander can attend the Olympics.

Reasons not to Vote for Golden City

  • Crime rates are high.
  • Yow is currently in recession.

  • Polaris City possesses the third-largest city economy in Antarctica
  • Polaris City has an incredibly advanced transportation system and infrastructure (e.g. airports, hospitals, roads, bridges, railways)
  • The busiest airport in Antarctica, Polaris-City International Airport, which is a main hub for Antarctica's largest airline, SkyJet Airways provides easy access to venues.
  • Already has necessary venues, stadiums and fields for hosting sports events

  • The most warm spot of all of Snowiny; plenty of beaches
  • Great resorts and many 4 and 5 star hotels
  • One of the most famous tourist destinations in Snowiny
  • Residents who are friendly to all races and penguin nationalities and love meeting other cultures
  • Growing, stable Snowinian economy that can prove to the world that the UP is indeed growing
  • Lots of fun celebrations and festivals occur often during the summer in the city
  • Robert Smith is no longer our leader yay!
  • Good women's and LGBT rights

Reasons to vote for Rio De Vatica

  • Hosted in a well developed nation.
  • Culturally significant in Munijoch.
  • Parades are a constant thing, adding to the glamour and spectacle.
  • Majority of population in the city are a fan of sports.
  • The economy will benefit both Munijoch and the population.
  • Sea and land access with beautiful beaches.

  • Traffic is heavy.
  • If Spike Hike is voted president (Thankfully, he is not first and never will be in the 2016 Presidental Party Watch), Mcdonalds City will not exist anymore and the entire Olympics will be short, possibly the shortest one.

  • The pros imo for this are that McDonalds City is very into sports and physical activity. The cons are, I think Antarctica (or even Freezeland) has many more notable cities to hold the Olympics, since McDonalds City (in-universe) is only five years old and has like 350,000 citizens.   • Already a touristic attraction.
  • Accommodation of sport areas is easy due to the unusual geography of Foolscap.
  • Certain sports can be set on different parts of Foolscap as a whole to give a boost to sport variety.

  • Low cultural impact.
  • Relatively new country and city.

Why to vote:

  • It is the parody of the host of the IRL host, PyongChang, South Korea.
  • Clean, fresh air.
  • Traffic is pretty fair throughout, making it easy to access the city.
  • Just like Dolphinas, the city has residents who are friendly to every single penguin, no matter what race. Actually, that goes for ALL of the country.
  • Life is at the highest quality in South Joseon.
  • Economy in the country is great!

Why NOT to vote:

  • Huge weather pattern that take a beating. During the first month of 2018, tempatures in the area were at -12.22 degrees Celcius. In other words, only 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • The continent, Asiapelago, is pretty isolated.

Reasons to vote for Mcdonalds City

  • Good place for Sports. There are a lot of sports fans in there, whether these people are citizens or immigrants. This city had a lost of diversity.
  • Huge Economic Investments. The city is said to be growing, although the city has been focused only on buisness and tourism.
  • Large Transportation and a aAvanced city. This makes the city pretty easy to travel to and from.
  • Interesting enough, it actually has room for an Oylimpic Village. The city and the Oylimpic Committee can build one, or use a part of the city.
  • Nothing else beside those.

Reasons not to vote for Mcdonalds City

  • Traffic is heavy. Mcdonalds City promptly focuses on buisness, so there is a lot of traffic congestion from penguins who want to go to and from the city from the city's suburbs for work.
  • Crime can sometimes happen. The city has the highest crime rate of Eastshield in 2016, with 56.4% crimes of Eastshield happen in Mcdonalds City.
  • The city's weather is unpredictable. So, yeah. It can rain.
  • Since it's a big city, it has high population density. Population congestion is an issue. So it can be an issue although it's easy to access certain parts of the city.
  • Nothing Else besides those.

  • You know, I think the chances for this city to win is 50/50. As I learned during the 2016 voting, having flaws nowhere really that close than the goods seem to make it a Mary-Sue, so it seems likely people would not vote the city to be the host.
