Talkative Obnoxious Destructive Device, or T.O.D.D as everyone calls him, is the main supercomputer of Ayetropolis. He was invented by Doctor Aye-Que to organize computer files, and keep Ayetropolis up and running. As his name implies, T.O.D.D is incredibly annoying, which is what led Aye-Que to give him his name. Despite this factor, he's does his job quite well, and is quite good at keeping viruses out.
Background
It all happened on the day Doctor Aye-Que escaped from prison and went to found his city of evil. He decided that in order to have the city running efficiently, he would have to invent a computer to keep everything up and running when he was unable to. He began work on this machine, and placed it in his control tower, but also connected it to every other computer in Ayetropolis. It's not known exactly what, but something went horribly wrong during it's creation, and the computer recieved a quite annoying personality. It would constantly ask questions that should be quite obvious, or just be really annoying. Infact, had it not been so good at it's job, Aye-Que would've destroyed him a long time ago. He was named T.O.D.D (check above to see what it means), and since that day, he's been helping Aye-Que take over Antarctica, while constantly annoying him in the process. Ya, he doesn't have a very elaborate backstory.
Involvement
T.O.D.D spends most of his time making sure the robots in Ayetropolis run fine, and stopping others from hacking into Aye-Que's files. When he has free time, he'll play Thin Ice, and other minigames he's illegaly downloaded (which will appear on his screen). He never sleeps and very rarely gets time off, but he doesn't seem to mind that much as long as he has someone to talk to.
Abilities
Other than his ability to stop hackers, T.O.D.D does have a few other abilities that can help Aye-Que. For starters, he can talk to Aye-Que through any computer in Ayetropolis, including the one built into his Puffle Mobile. He's also connected to the main defense system of Ayetropolis, so he can fire missiles by himself if he has to. This is were the "Destructive" part of his name fits in.
Weaknesses
T.O.D.D can easily be fooled, which was greatly shown during his first encounter with Tails6000. Using his ability to fire missiles, he attempted to hit the penguin, but ended up destroying a large part of Ayetropolis in the process, and he still didn't end up hitting Tails. He also occasionally has slow load times, a flaw shared by one of Aye-Que's other creation, Cyber Tails.

- His name is based on voice actor Todd Haberkorn, who his voice sounds like.
