Small-Fins McKlowsky is a wanted criminal known for his robberies, leadership of the most dangerous gang of UnitedTerra and many other malicious involvements. He is number 2 on the Most Wanted Fugitives list of the Terrain Spy Union and has escaped from prison dozens of times. It is not known what type of creature Small-Fins is, which makes him quite a conspiracy. As well as his peculiar species, McKlowsky is very small, being only 9 inches in height and quite light. He has been active since 2005, and was already certified a master criminal two years on by many police forces.
He is most notably known for being the brains behind Mission Transaction which occurred in 2011.
Background
It is unknown when exactly Small-Fins was born, but it is confirmed that his strange birth took place in the area where Carcery is now. Nobody knows what kind of species he is, which confuses numerous Terrain and foreign experts. According to his criminal record, he has a big family. He started crime officially at the mere age of five (which is supposedly the equivalent to a teenage penguin). McKlowsky was only 4 inches at birth, then grew to 9 inches (his current height) when he was six. His criminal record includes other details which have not been revealed. His school consisted of 105 students - 60 which were McKlowsky's species. The rest were either puffles or penguins. The school was very un-organized, and so Small-Fins messed around. He became friends with almost everyone in the school. He became very close friends with six students - four who were like McKlowsky, and two penguins. They all gathered together to form a gang in 2005, called "SFM", also known as "Corpz". They started gang violence around their area. The feds (police) started following their trail after several cases were reported on SFM. They found out that Small-Fins was their leader - and targeted him mostly. The friends started making rap music and posted it on WaddleTube - getting 500,000 views for each of their videos atleast every month. Although there were other criminals "on the block", no-one was as bad as Small-Fins - and nobody would challenge him either. He started associating his gang with other 'hard' penguins 'on the block'.
For the rest of 2005, they stayed quiet when it came to crime and uploaded a video to WaddleTube every month. As 2006 neared, Small-Fins decided that the feds were close onto his trail, and would have to think of another plan to avoid them. His body was quite round and small, meaning that he stood out of everyone else. So he changed his image, making his body more square and different.

In March 2011, Small-Fins broke out of custody from The Facility, the biggest prison of UnitedTerra. He used his new-found freedom to plot the biggest string of heists Antarctica has ever seen. Gathering all the best criminals of the continent, they committed numerous crimes – raiding Club Penguin, kidnapping Rockhopper, hacking and leaking confidential Heptagon documents and smuggling numerous illegal goods across the country.
