Seldom is the father of Never's Siblings. He is Every's husband.
Background
Seldom was born to a rich family in a big city. He was very spoiled as he grew up, much like Every. Later when he was producing one of her songs at the radio station he worked at, he met her. He instantly liked her. They became good friends after that, and eventually started dated. Later they got married, and she became an actress. Later she quit most of her jobs and got a new one, The Fashion Police makeup seller. Later she started having many chicks and Seldom couldn't take it, he suggested to stop. But she didn't, and later she had Never. Seldom said he felt like something was "wrong" with Never, but Every said no. They then realized when he cried, it would rain, and how much he would cry, how much it would rain. Later she tried to find a route out of the city instead of taking him to the adoption center. Seldom again suggested to stop, and again she did not. Now when there would be a storm, she would get scared. Now the rest of the chicks never got "powers", and she let them down the same route, and two others. Now she still is having chicks and Seldom is waiting for this to end.
