The Republic of Pensnovia, also known as Pensnovia is an autonomous island nation located east of the United States of Antarctica. It is also one of the countries that got full independence from the United States of Antarctica in 2010.

In 2012, the Hill Island treaty was written about the water connection between Pengo City, Pengo Island, and Easterna City, Hill Island.
Aircraft
Pensnovia has two airports, one is Pengo City International Airport, which is located on Pengo City in Pengo Island, and the other is Easterna City Airport, which is located on an artificial island in Easterna City on Hill Island.

Education in Pensnovia consists of schools for chick from age of 7 (But kindergarten from age of 3 is optional), each chicks starts with the first grade who has to learn knowledge important for the country.

- From Second to Fourth Grade are called Novice Classes
