Octavian is one of the many mutant creatures generated from Mystery Island. He is a mix between a Penguin, an Octopus and a Lizard. He was created with the purpose of guarding the island from Penblooe Ringalow and any other curious penguins that try to explore the place.
Octavian has many abilities. He can swim, breath underwater and climb walls and trees easily. However, he doesn't think, and usually acts by the instinct. He obeys Doctor Insano in every situation.
Relationships
Doctor Insano
Octavian is Doctor Insano's subordinate and will do anything he asks him to. Insano created Octavian with the purpose of protecting him from anyone. Octavian considers himself as a friend of Insano, but the same feeling is not seen from the Doctor's side. Octavan doesn't seem to care much about the fact that Insano transformed him into a mutant creature.
Penblooe Ringalow
As Insano's archenemy, Octavian also shares a conflict with Penblooe Ringalow. PenblooeR invades the Mystery Island frequently to know what is Insano planning, and always when he does it, Octavian tries to stop him.
