Mobile Suit Gunblam is a Mecha franchise by a Japalandese toy company known as Sandai .
History
The concept for Gunblam started when Two companies came together- Sunlift Animation- and Sandai Toys. They wanted to create a Mecha franchise that was more realistic then most others. Sandai would do the merchandise, and Sunlift would do the TV show.
They decided to name it "Gunblam" after the PWNsome guns the robots had, and the PWNsome noise the gun makes. And in 1978, It was founded. Now, it is very popular, not just in Japaland, but all across the USA too.
