The Attorney General of the United States of Antarctica is the Attorney general office of the USA. It is currently held by Edward Logan. The Attorney General's job is to act as the primary legal advisor to the government, to represent as an attorney the USA in international courts and to legally swear in all Judges to the Supreme Courts, the Chief Justice and in some cases, swear in those who's certain individual that is supposed to swear them in (like the President) is unfit and is the minister responsible for the prosecution and investigation for crimes. It shouldn't be confused with the position of Minister of Justice; the Minister of Justice is supposed to deal with the courts and the kritarchy, while the attorney general's job revolves around the prosecution and investigation of crimes through the various bureaucracies he creates.
Only a male penguin can hold the position, leading to controversy of specism and sexism. The Solicitor General of the United States may be of any gender or species, although none of such have been appointed yet (rumors have it the position will go to Melvin Turtleheimer).
