2012, called Twenty-Twelve and less commonly known as Two Thousand Twelve, is the second year after the start of the second decade of the 21st Century. This year didn't really host a lot of events.
January
2nd: The annual Parade of Flowers are held in Bajadena, Penguifornia, an island colony of Castilla.

- 2: The Great Puffle Adventure is performed. Yow's and Castillan's relations rise, while crime in Toledo goes down.
- 25: Snowiny invades Ed Island and begins the Ed-Snowinn War.
July
- 4: The Barbearic Crab War finally ends, but Yow's and Barbearer Islands' relations fall for the two countries to become bitter enemies.
- 27: The Olympics is held in Snowdon, Puffle'and. All of the AU, USA, UTR, Freezeland, Free Republic Union, Puffepelago, MAI, and the Yow Kingdom participate.

- 16: The Culldrome Isles is attacked by ninjas from the Skulldrome Isles. The event is known as the Nightmare of Culldrome.
- 30: King Alexander of Yow is assassinated by a robot. Feey1 assumes the throne.
- Castilla's relations with Yow deteriorate.

- 1: Yow declares war on the Barbearer Islands, after a Barbaric robot murders King Alexander. Staring Crab War 1.
- 8: Lance X. Penguin comes to Club Penguin for the first time after crash-landing here in his Time Trekker 30000.
November
- 15: Operation: Blackout begins.
- 18: Ed-Snowinn War ends with Snowinn defeat.
December
- 4: Operation: Blackout ends.
- 22: The War Before Christmas begins.
- 24: The War before Christmas ends.
- 30: The War Before New Year begins.
- January 1st (! 2013 !): The War Before New Year ends.
